Downloading MP3 podcasts

  • STEP 1 - Choose from our range of podcasts and click add to cart button.
  • STEP 2 - Click View Cart (top right-hand of page).
  • STEP 3 - Confirm your order and click CHECK OUT button.
  • STEP 4 - On 'Pay for your order' page, fill in details and click 'Pay Now with Payment Express' button.
  • STEP 5 - Enter your credit card details; click Submit.
  • STEP 6 - Review Payment, click Next.
  • STEP 7 - Your credit card details are processed. (A receipt appears with your payment confirmation).
  • STEP 8 - Open your email software, select the email from Young Grasshopper with the subject, 'Order Confirmation Invoice'.
  • STEP 9 - Click on the Podcast name with a SINGLE mouse click (not a double mouse click), in the Product column to activate download. If you receive an error message please contact us.
  • STEP 10 - What happens next depends on the settings in your web browser. (Your web browser is the software that you surf the Internet in; for example: Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Google Chrome and Safari). When you click on the podcast link, the aim is for a download window to pop up on your screen. This will give you the option to either save or open the file. Always click SAVE. If a download window does not appear; change the settings in your web browser. See our guide on changing browser settings.
  • STEP 11 - Save the podcast to your Computer. When the download window appears on your screen, take note of the folder, that is, the location on your computer you are saving the file. This is very important. When you want to play the podcast or copy it to an mp3 playing device, you need to know the folder/location on your computer where you saved the podcast.
