Instructions for changing settings in Web Browsers
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend Mozilla Firefox, Chrome & Safari to download our podcasts.
When downloading your podcast, if you do not get a download pop-up window giving you the option to either Save or Open (always select SAVE), then you may need to change the settings in your web browser. Follow the instructions below for the browser you use. Instructions may vary depending on the version of your browser (we recommend you always download a current version of your web browser). These setting changes tell your browser what to do when it recognises an mp3 file.

- Click the OK button on the Security Settings and Internet Options screen to confirm your
changes; also click the Apply button if it allows you too.
(In IE version 9, after you click the podcast name in your email, a narrow window (with an orange line) will open at the bottom of your browser. Asking, do you want to open or save.
